A major new chapter for our community! Following the success of our first year in Elephant and Castle, Salsa Bridges is expanding to a brand-new second location in Hammersmith & Fulham for an entire year-long project! 💃🏽
Whether you are an absolute beginner taking your very first steps or an experienced dancer looking for a welcoming space to practice, Salsa Bridges H&F is open to everyone—regardless of age, background, or experience.
Building Bridges across generations & boroughs
At BomGo CIC, we believe that the true magic of community lies in the "bridges" we build between people.
By creating an inclusive, intergenerational dance space, Salsa Bridges offers a unique opportunity where a 20-year-old and an 80-year-old can share a dance, a story, and a laugh.
It has been demonstrated that dance is a universal language that breaks down social barriers, combats isolation, and fosters deep physical and mental well-being (in this case, across our neighbourhoods).
This project also continues BomGo CIC’s commitment to supporting the creative community by providing fairly paid opportunities for salsa dance teachers from diverse collectives like Sasalsa or Queer Salsa.
